How Payments Work
Barista Painting Services
My bid lists your job room by room. Behind each room is a list of line items: floor protection, wall prep, ceiling, trim and walls. You pay half of every line item when we sign. Then, each week, you pay the other half of each item I've finished.
At signing: half of everything
The down payment is 50% of every line item on the job. It covers paint, materials and your place on my schedule.
Each week
At the end of each week, every item that's done gets its second half paid.

Every job is different. A one-week job has two payments: the down payment and the balance when it's done. A longer job has a payment for each week. The bid always breaks the work out room by room, so you can see what each room or part of the job costs.
